Return/Replacement Form

1. Check Requirements:
Make sure you have the original packaging (label/box) necessary for the return.

2. Fill the Above Form:
Enter your Name, Email, and Phone Number (must be the same details used when placing your order).

3. Provide Order Details:
In the Comment section, first include your Order Number, then briefly describe the issue you encountered.

4. Await Instructions:
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive an email containing a link where you can upload images showing the product’s condition/problem.

5. Acceptance or Rejection
After reviewing your images, we’ll accept or reject your return request within 24 hours.
(We currently have a 97% acceptance rate on return requests over the last 3 months.)

6. Refund Method Selection:
After your request accepted, you’ll get an email with a link to choose your preferred payment method (UPI, IMPS, or bank transfer). In that you’ll then need to fill in the payment details according to the method you’ve selected.

7. Refund Timeline:
Your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours (this may extend up to 72 hours during public or national holidays).

6. Pickup & Delivery:
- If accepted, we’ll schedule a pickup at your address, typically within 24–48 hours.
- Once your item has been picked up, we’ll initiate the delivery for your replacement product.
- Within 24 hours of pickup, you will receive a link to track your replacement order, which generally arrives within 3–4 days.
