Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it quickly and without hassle. Here’s how our return and exchange process works:
1. Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
2. Easy Return Request
Just contact us through email or WhatsApp with your order number and the issue. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Pickup & Return Charges
We arrange the pickup from your address.
Return shipping charges are usually covered by us unless the product is damaged due to misuse.
4. When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns for:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or defective product
• Missing components
• Product not as described
• Change of mind (unused condition only)
5. When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
We cannot accept returns for:
• Used, washed, or damaged items
• Items with missing parts or broken seals
• Consumables already opened
• Clearance or final sale items
6. Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is issued within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank). For COD orders, we issue a quick bank transfer or UPI refund.
7. Exchanges
If you want a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll ship the new item once the original is picked up and checked.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, inform us within 48 hours with photos or video. We’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost.
